Email Setup

  Hey y’all,

  I’d like to get an email account that matches my blog. I’m confused about linking with the google account, since I’d like my email address to be (email visible only to moderators and staff), not my gmail address.

  How can I go about this?

  You can setup your email through Google Apps for Domains following this guide: http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/google-apps-email

  The email interface will be the same as Gmail’s, but the actual email address will be at your domain.

  There’s definitely a page there. Maybe the email formatting messed it up. Try this:

  Strange…I tried in a couple browsers with no luck.

  I found this one: http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/add-email/

  And I have gone through these instructions and recieved the ‘success’ message. But how do I create the email address itself?

  I’ve simply bundled it to a gmail for now, but am not sure how to proceed.

  All of the email specifics will be handled through your Google Apps account.

  I recommend getting in touch with them if you’re having trouble with that bit.
