Email setup hosted through siteground

I’ve been trying to setup my email account with siteground and wordpress to work through outlook. site ground has given me the configuration for outlook and told me I needed to add MX on my wordpress. I have added the MX that was suggested by site ground and wordpress and waited almost 24hours and my email still will not connect. This is my error message I’m receiving.
