Email Setup Issue

  I really know very little about back-end stuff for websites, but I can copy and paste code if someone will help me. I have a domain name and email setup through 1and1, which I have mapped the domain name, pressingonword.org to work at my WordPress blog. I also have an email address through 1and1 which I thought was working, but I hadn’t received any emails. I contacted 1and1 and they said that my domain name was no longer pointing to their mail servers, hence the bounce back emails. They also told me I need to contact WordPress and have my domain name pointed to 1and1 mail servers, which they provided me with.

  I know there is some kind of DNS records like MX, TEXT, CNAME, and A that I need to input, but I have no idea how to set it up. Can anyone help? Thanks!

  Could you please provide a link to your WP.com site starting with the prefix http://
  so we can provide a accurate answer.
