email setup with Dreamhost

  Having trouble setting up and connecting my email through Dreamhost. I have my domain hosted on Dreamhost, and my nameservers pointing to WordPress.com. I am working on getting my email functioning. I’ve tried to add the MX records on my DNS page on WordPress, but I don’t seem to have the correct information, and I cannot find it anywhere. Please, can someone walk me through how to get the correct MX records to point back to Dreamhost, so that I can get the email working? Thanks!
