  Is there a way to send an email to my friends automatically when I update my Blog? If so, how do I do it.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  As an alternative, you can have your friends follow your blog and WP will automatically email them when you post an update.

  To do so, you need to add a Follow Blog widget to your site, and then have your friends use it to follow your site.
