  I want to give visitors to my site the option to sign up for an email newsletter. Is there a way to do that on a WordPress.com site?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  There is no specific newsletter widget on WordPress.com. However, you can use a custom contact form to collect email addresses for visitors to your site who are interested in receiving a newsletter:
