Email signup pop-up shows wrong Twitter account

  I tested my blog’s email sign up function. After I entered an email address and hit return, there was a pop-up that sked if I wanted to also follow on Facebook or Twitter. I noticed that the associated Twitter account was incorrect (it was for one of the other accounts that I administer). How can I re-set this so that the correct Twitter account appears?
