    hello guys,
    I connect my gmail account to my website via smtp plugin to receive emails by filling out the contact form on my website’s contact page. After doing this I am receiving emails through my website contact form but the problem is that I am not receiving/sending regular emails from my friends and colleagues.
    Anyone know how I can fix this?

    Hello there,

    To check, are these emails being sent to and from an helpinghands.llc email address?

    If yes – we wouldn’t be able to help with this domain as it’s not connected to WordPress.com.

    Also, if this is a custom email address, you would need to also ensure that the domain has the DNS settings required to run email.
