Hello, I read that you offer to set up the G Suite email solution but added to your offer, it becomes expensive. Is there a solution coming for small companies, directly in WordPress.com ?

I understand but the G-Suite offer is already $50 a year, added to the WordPress offer cost much more for a small company. WordPress really needs to work on its offer ;-)

Thanks for the feedback, surely will pass it across, a Personal plan can be even suitable for a Small Business, you pay 2.99$ a month(You usually have to spend for a Domain and also for Hosting and you get that free here annually) , you get a Domain free also, also hosting as well, and a lot of features are already available with Personal plans, you can choose from more than 300 themes readily available and get the website up and be running quickly :)
Not trying to push sales, as am just a Volunteer, just trying to explain you the value which WordPress.com offers. Just love the Idea and platform so much that, just want to pass on my little knowledge :)

I use “Sites” from G-Suite but it is ugly with no SSL certificate option for personalized domain names. Does it come with domain names for the 2.99$ a month solution?

So each plan has a Domain credit, you can either Buy a New Domain or Map your Domain if you have it with another registrar, you can’t transfer them here, you can read more about it here

Also, the plan is Annually costs you around 36$ including your Domain and Hosting.
for your SSL query, everything on WordPress is HTTPS, secured, as the whole platform in within it, you don’t have to buy additional SSL certificate here read more about it here https://en.support.wordpress.com/https/
Also, it has some security features, which are to be followed in order to keep things in place,

pavan.blog , you can check any website hosted here on WordPress.com, they all are HTTPS based
I haven’t bought an additional SSL certificate :), it has the HTTPS secure URL :)
