Email Spam Notifications

  Hello,
  I keep receiving email notifications and when I click ‘spam it’ it gives me an error code. Is that something you can fix ?

  Correct account: Yes

  Hi there,

  What type of email notifications are you receiving? What is the subject of these emails? Also, what is the email address? I checked the system and only see an email related to this thread that was sent to you. I’ll be happy to look further into this once I get a bit more information on the notifications you’re receiving.

  Hi there,

  https://career-happiness.ca/ is not hosted with us here which is why I unable to see those particular emails in our system. However, what I would recommend is installing the Akismet anti-spam Plugin:

  Akismet Anti-spam: Spam Protection

  This will moderate and catch spam comments such as the ones you are receiving. You’ll continue to receive email notifications whenever a comment comes in because your settings are currently set to enable email notifications. However, with Akismet, you’ll begin receiving notifications from legit comments as opposed to spam comments.
