Email, stats – hacked or not?

First of all, forgive my english, I will do my best so that someone can understand what i need help with..

When i look at my stats and there are links that people clicked on to get to my site, why does it quite often show the link to my email adress? Is it because the comments are sent to that email adress? Cause i haven’t clicked on those links on my email.. Just wondering if this is the way it´s supposed to be because i´m kinda starting to wonder if someone hacked my email and clicked on the links…

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

When you leave a comment on a blog an email address is required. When you are logged into wordpress.com and click into your own blog your stats are not counted. When you are not logged in to wordpress.com and click into your blog those stats will be counted.

    Does this help? http://en.support.wordpress.com/stats/

    This is what it says:

    “Referrers

The referrers section lists other blogs and web sites that link to your blog. A view is counted as a referrer when a visitor of the other site clicks a link and lands on a URL of your blog.”

As you probably know, the comments i get on my blog is automaticlly sent to my emailadress with a link in the mail.. Why does it in my stats show up as a link that someone clicked on? I haven’t clicked on the link in my inbox at my email, so why does it show up as referrers?
