Email stopped working

Unfortunately, my email, which is attached to my corporate and paid website account, stopped working. I know wordpress doesn’t have customer support (unlike Wix), so I guess the only option is to post to this public forum. Several of my business clients have told me that emails they sent to me bounced back to them (slightly embarrassing situation). Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!

Can you please let us know the address of the site you’re working on, I do not see any sites attached to the account from which you’re posting this.
Once we know that, we can give you some more information.
