  I am trying to create a subscription page listing the options to subscribe to my blog by having images with links to the feed… I want to have one for subscribing by email, but I can not figure out what the link would be. What is the link to subscribe by email, or where can I find it?

  There isn’t a link to subscribe by email, but you can add the Follow Blog widget to your sidebar or footer (if available) in Appearance -> Widgets.
