Email subscriber about page updates

  Currently I am trying to discern a way – through plugin or code – to have subscribers notified when certain pages are updated. There are different aspects of our page and it makes sense to not just be alerted when the blog is updated.

  We are wanting to have a membership section and really would like to see this function available in those pages.

  Is this possible?
