email subscriber list

Hi, my email subscriber list is having issues. Some of my email subscribers receive my blog posts. Some don’t. I even subscribed my own personal home gmail account to my blog (different from my WordPress account email) and it’s not receiving them either. My son received the first blog post a week ago in his email, but not the next one I posted. So it’s as if it randomly sends them one week, but not the next. I have asked them to look in spam or other folders but it’s not there either. Can you advise? The email subscriptions are very important for me to connect with those interested in my blog. I have also sent a help request through the new jetpack app and no one has responded.

Hey there, we had an issue with email subscribers recently, and that was fixed a few days ago. If you’re still having trouble, could you share a few of the affected email addresses so we can track down any issues with those accounts? Please also confirm which site you’re struggling with. Thanks!
