Email Subscriber Not Receiving Notifications

One of my email subscribers recently contacted me about not receiving email notifications on my blog. This is the only person who has reported this issue to me. I double checked her email address and it appears to be correct.
Is this a wordpress.com issue or an unrelated issue? I do have a domain forward to this blog in particular, but she does not receive any notifications to another blog I have, which is on a wordpress.com domain.
What do I need to do to fix it? Or, is there anything I can do?
