Email Subscribers aren't getting notifications

  I have been notified that my e-mail subscribers aren’t getting notifications when a new post goes up.

  Please advise.

  Please provide a couple of usernames for those WordPress.com bloggers who did not receive the emails, as well as, a couple of email addresses for those who do not have WordPress.com accounts. The software will redact them ie. HIDE the email addresses so only Staff can see them.

  Then please type modlook into the sidebar tags on this thread for Staff help.   Hi there,

  That email address has a pending subscription to your blog. That means they signed up to get updates from your blog, but they never confirmed their subscription in the email WordPress.com sent them about it. Until they click the confirmation link in that email to confirm the subscription, they won’t receive email notifications when you post.
