Email subscribers getting entire post

  The people subscribed to my email are receiving the entire post when I publish it, instead of a preview. This causes them to not click on the blog reducing my views. How can I change what they receive in their emails? I still want them to get email notifications, just not the entire post.

  Dashboard >> Settings >> Reading >> For each article in a feed, show >> Summary
