Email subscribers list

  I want to export a list in .txt or .csv format of all my email subscribers. Is this possible, and if so, how do I manage this?

  Hi there,

  It’s not possible to export subscribers from WordPress.com. We can move them to a different WordPress.com site, or a self-hosted site with Jetpack installed for you, but you can’t export then to import them anywhere else.

  The reason for this is that we have a strict opt-in only policy for blog subscriptions, meaning no one can be subscribed to a site unless they ask for it. When they subscribe they also make an agreement with us, WordPress.com, to send them only WordPress.com subscriptions, only for the site to which they subscribed. They don’t make an agreement with you giving you permission to subscribe them to other services without their knowledge.

  If you want to subscribe them via another service, like MailChimp, for example, you need to set up a separate subscription form for that and allow them to sign up on their own.
