email subscribers not being notified of new post

My email subscribers are not receiving notifications of my latest blog post? Please help. They have checked their spam box and nothing. They have received all previous post notifications without problems. Please can you help. Also is the blog going out to wordpress subscribers who are

I did some research on your latest post ( https://annikaperry.wordpress.com/2015/05/05/lets-talk-about-blogging/). It does appear as if your notifications are working without trouble. Could you please give me the user name/ email addresses of the followers who have told you they didn’t receive your notification? I’d like to look into their settings.
Also, for the future, I’ve followed your blog to make certain that the notifications are going out as expected.

Can you tell me — was this post a scheduled post, or did you click once to publish it immediately?
Had it been published at an earlier date, and then edited?
Do you follow your own site, and if so did you receive the mailing?

No, it wasn’t scheduled. I wrote and published it immediately.
I had not published it earlier.
I have not made any amendments to it.
No, I don’t follow myself but am beginning to think I should.

Hi There!
I have just posted another blog which seems to be working fine with notifications going out.
However there seems to be another issue.
As I was scrolling down ‘blogs I follow’ mine does not show up until quite low down as it is shown as being one day old!
How can that be when I only posted it thirty minutes ago?!
It means many will miss seeing this I fear.
Can you help at all? Please?

Hey Annika,
I’ve received your notification as well. Glad it’s all working as expected!
In the Reader, the posts display in the order which they were created. Because you originally created the post one day ago, went through many revisions, and then published it today, it is still being listed as created on the original Save Date (May 11, 2015).
If you do the same thing in the future, you can adjust the date to the current day/time in your post editor. You’ll do that in the status box in the left-hand column, here:
https://cloudup.com/coPe-6BiuCYDo that BEFORE you click Publish. Then it will appear as you wish in the Reader.
