Email subscribers not showing up on email followers list

People have tried to subscribe to receive new posts on my blog via email but their email does not show up on my list of email followers and they do not receive notices of new posts.
– 6 hours ago I even received an email that said someone new was now following my blog but no new email address appeared in my list of email followers. I have refreshed the list page but there is no new address.
– Last night a friend tried to subscribe to follow my blog, she clicked on the “confirm” button in the email she received to confirm her subscription but her email address also never appeared in my list of email followers.Several other friends have told me they tried to subscribe in the past few weeks but they are not on my list and they have never received emails. What can I do?

Contact Support directly if you haven’t yet http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/ and please be patient while they get back to you. Support requests are also replied to on the basis of how old they are and each “reminder” bumps your request down further in the queue.

Thanks Jennifer. I did that but I think it appeared as a duplicate Forum topic titled “Why don’t followers appear on Email Followers List and receive notices?
