Email subscribers not working?

  My friend told me that she subscribed to my blog, but I never received an email notification and she has not shown up in my list of email subscribers. Is there usually a delay in this, or what can I do to troubleshoot my Subscriber widget?

  An update – she tried subscribing again on her laptop and everything worked. Previously she had tried on her phone, but it didn’t work. Could there be an iOS bug?

  It’s hard to say – we’d need to know exactly how she subscribed, and what happened, for example, whether any errors appeared, etc.

  But I will keep my eyes open for similar reports. Thanks for mentioning it :)
