email subscribers of my blog aren’t getting emails…

  Hi there,

  There are several people that have email subscribed to my blog, they’ve confirmed and followed the instructions but for some reason, they’re not receiving email notifications.

  Also, on a separate but similar note, my dad accidentally deleted the confirmation email. When he tried to subscribe again, it told he he was already subscribed but he doesn’t receive any email notifications.

  Please help figure out how to fix these problems that I’m having!

  Often those email updates go into people’s junk mail folders, so ask them to check there.

  Thanks raincoaster! I tried that already and that wasn’t the problem. They’re getting the confirmation emails, but even after they follow the instructions, they don’t show up on my list of subscribers, nor do they receive any emails afterwards.

  Thanks timethief! I emailed them last week but haven’t heard back. I was hoping other members might have insights in the meantime. Maybe someone else had this problem too? Anyways, thanks again, raincoaster and timetheif!

  I don’t have the problem simply because I don’t use this feature. I hope other members can help you..
