Email subscribers – partial posts received

  I have noticed for some weeks now that my email subscribers do not get the entire post and must click a link to go to the webpage to read the whole post. Why is that?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  If you wish your email subscribers to get the full post you can set that up here > Settings > Reading by selecting “Full text”
  For each article in a feed, show
  Full text
  Summary
  scroll down and click “save changes”

  Note: I do the exact opposite. If your subscribers read full posts by email then why would they bother to click into your blog and create a page view stat?

  Thanks. Obviously, I changed that a few weeks ago without realizing I had done so. And, yes I agree with you about visiting the blog but I have readers who get my posts emailed to work email addresses and their servers there prohibit continuing on to the webpage so they don’t get to read the whole post. Stinks. Thanks again.
