  I’m trying to figure out how to make the subscription and contact us portion to work. I tested it and so far the email that I entered doesn’t get any confirmation from my site. When I used the plug in WP test email, it seems to work and I get confirmation. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong

  Hi there:

  To avoid confusion, there are three different “WordPress” at play here:

  1. The free, open-source WordPress software which powers your website.
  2. WordPress.org which is the open-source project that works on the WordPress software and where you can get the software for free to use on your own hosting provider.
  3. WordPress.com which is a managed hosting provider of the WordPress software and with whom you’re contacting now.

  It looks like you’re using the contact form template and subscription template from the website builder from Bluehost. I would recommend contacting them for help troubleshooting the problem with both of those items. You can contact them here:
