Email Subscription Function not working

  Hello

  I have added the subscription widget to our blog. When entring a new email address, trying to subscribe, it tells me that I have successfully subscriped.

  When sending out new posts, it does not inform the respective email adress. When checking the backend function https://wordpress.com/people/email-followers/www.lightplay.ch it has not added the subscriber and it stats the following error: “There was en error retrieving email followers”.

  Any idea, what could have gone wrong?

  Since your site is self-hosted, you should post your query at WordPress.org Jetpack support forum.
