Email Subscription Issues

    There are two people who have subscribed to my blog via email; however, when the first person tried to subscribe, the system said that she was already subscribed, although she isn’t able to get any emails from my blog. When the subsequent person tried subscribing, the system said that she will receive an email directing her to the confirmation link to confirm her subscription. However, she never did. Both junk folders of the emails were scrutinized futilely for the subscription confirmation emails, along with a thorough, futile scrutiny of the inboxes. The two emails affected have Hotmail and Gmail domains respectively.

    Please let me know how to fix this issue.
