Email subscription option with an incentive

    Is there a way to accomplish the following on a wordpress.com blog?

    Email subscription option with an incentive, for Example:

    [Get my free report: “IFRS 13/ ASC 820 Disclosure Notes Tips” by subscribing to my blog via email]

    And then when people subscribe they automatically receive the report in a PDF document in their inbox, or something like that?

    I’m afraid there isn’t a way I can think of to accomplish what you’re after on WordPress.com – sorry about that.

    That would be something you could do through a third-party email marketing service.

    Just let me know if you need further help.

    I just thought of one thing you could do, which is include a link to the download in the email confirmation message, under Settings > Reading, next to “Blog follow email text”:

    https://speffs.wordpress.com/wp-admin/options-reading.php

    The only catch is that someone could download the report without actually confirming their subscription.
