email subscription problems
-
Kind of bumming here. I noticed that despite the fact I was getting a fair bit of traffic to my blog, I did not see any new email subscription for about 2 months. It was stuck at 20. I tried subscribing from another email of mine, but nothing happened. I went to my dashboard and changed the default message sent to new subscribers, then tried again. This time, I did get a confirmation message. Man, for two months nobody could subscribe?! Bummer. But it doesn’t stop there. I noticed that although the new subscription registered, there were still only 20 subscribers. So I deleted the new subscription. Still 20 subscribers. Figured I’d check all the names, so I downloaded the subscriber list, and saw 22 or so names. Huh? No matter what I added of my many email address subscriptions, then later deleted, it was always 20 shown on my dashboard.

Thanks, timethief. I think I’ve got it sorted. I will remember to post the URL next time.
