Email subscription widget on a standalone page?

  I would like to have a dedicated email subcription page on my wordpress.com blog, is this possible?

  (I want to have a link on my header navigation, and also to send people to a dedicated page. I think both will increase the number of people subscribing.)

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  At WordPress.com, you can only put the blog subscription widget in a sidebar, but you could create a page talking about the benefits of subscribing and direct people to the sign up form in the sidebar.
