Email Subscription with Manually-written Messages

    I found many plugins providing email subscription. It is included even in Jetpack. All of them were collecting emails and were saying that they notify my subscribers when I write new posts.

    I am looking for a plugin that collects emails and allows me to write my messages manually. If I made an important remake of old post, or wanted to spread a word about something I won’t make post about, email would be an optional way for me.

    So for instance:

    1. user will fill his email
    2. plugin will write it to database
    3. plugin will give me an area where I can write my HTML message
    4. once message is done, plugin will allow me to position ‘unsubscribe link’ in the end of the email and send it

    I don’t want any atomatted functions including auto message sending and these things. Is there any pluging working this way or shall I code it myself?
