Email subscriptions

I would like to export my email subscription list for my wordpress.com site over to my new self hosted site.
Please advise how to do this. I see there are a couple of posts in the comments threads, though no answers so contacting this way.
Kind regards.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
I can take care of the migration of your followers for you. Could you just verify the name of your older WordPress.com site (yourblogname.wordpress.com) and your new WordPress.org site? Also, please make sure that you’ve installed and connected the Jetpack plugin if you haven’t already!

Hi I can’t install Jetpack on my theme of current website at the moment? Can’t install any plugins. Is this because it is a free theme?

Heya,
Are you logged in to your new WordPress.org site? That is where you would need to be installing and activating the Jetpack plugin. Plugins should show up as a menu option on the left hand side.

Hi, thanks for quick response! Jetpack already installed on .org, thought it also had to be installed on .com. ??
So, once jetpack installed on new site, it will retrieve email list from old? -
I’m all good in setting up the email subscription feature, but wondering how I can import my email subscription list from old site to new

I’m sorry I wasn’t clear! The Jetpack plugin is one which we created that replicates a lot of the usability which is available in WordPress.com but is missing by default in WordPress.org basic installations.
It also allows us to import your subscribers for you. It’s still something that we have to do however. As soon as you verify the two blog names for me, I can get that taken care of for you! :)
