Email Subscriptions

Hi, I have WP email subscriptions on my blog http://www.racingandsavingmama.com. I have several people subscribing this way. I was wondering if there is any way to send out several posts on one email. I post alot during the day and it sends an individual email each time to subscribers. I was hoping there was a way to send out one email with several posts at a time. My husband has subscribed to my blog but said he’s going to have to cancel b/c my emails are clogging up his email account. I figure if he can’t take it strangers def won’t want to deal with it and I don’t want to lose people.
I noticed that wp will allow you to manage email posts for subscriptions you follow but not for ones you send out. Can anyone help me with this? Thanks so much!

(That’s of course in addition to the default option of getting an email “instantly”. It’s probably new.)
