Email Subscriptions – external

ive had a lot of requests for an email to be sent out for my blog and i hate the standard template.
Ive had a web agency design up a template for me to use with campaign monitor but i need a way to collect and store email address from my front page. Does anyone know how to do this?

The only themes we can use on free hosted WordPress.com blogs are found here > Apperance > Themes
There is no upgrade you can purchse that changes that and our reality is that there is no FTP access to our free hosted WordPress.com blog, and cannot install any third party themes. However, you can hire a web host and set up your own wordpress.org istall and do as you wish on it. See:
