Email Subscriptions Have Disappeared?

  I posted a new blog entry yesterday, 1/26/12, and noticed that a notice did not seem to go out my email blog subscribers. Upon checking on my stats page, both through my dashboard and through the home page, I see wordpress bloggers who are following my blog (thank you!) but I no longer can see email subscribers.

  Anyone else having this issue, and more importantly, can anyone lend some insight into this situation?
