email subscriptions not working

I created a new blog post last night, and did not get email notification that it has been updated. I checked with 3 other people that get emails containing the entire blog post/pictures normally nearly instantly once published; they did not get an email either.
I checked my stats> subscriptions, and everybody is still listed. I made a slight change to the post this morning, and republished, still no email.Can anyone please help me?

Same here, and I have emailed it in to support twice. They asked me for one email subscriber’s address as an example, but have not responded since.

Blast, same here (Netherlands, GST 17:32). Reposted it, but no difference.
Why don’t we get an answer?

I received a note 5 hours ago from Support on a different problem with email subscriptions that:
We found a small bug in our configuration that prevented the emails from going out correctly between Sept 27th and today. Unfortunately, those emails cannot be resent.
Going forward–the problem has been fully resolved. Your posts should flow again as expected.

Seems the problem is solved. Subscribers received my (double)posting notification, twice. So that’s that.

Yep, Jennifer’s information above is exactly what happened. The issue only affected a tiny fraction of blogs and it is fixed now.
(Jennifer, if that reply was sent to you accidentally in a ticket that was about something else I apologize.)
