Email Subscriptions not working THIRD EMAIL TO YOU

    Hello. When my clients receive notifications from me of a new blog post, they are getting nothing but a blank screen in their email. It’s also happening to me on the blogs I’ve subscribed to, so not sure if it’s just my account, or a wordpress problem. It was working a couple weeks ago, but has not been working for 8 days now. I have blogs to post, but don’t want to do so until this issue is fixed so that my clients will get an email that is correct with my blog posting rather than a blank screen. Please advise when this issue will be fixed. Thanks. p.s. This is my 3rd message to you, and I’ve heard nothing at all. Please advise. THANKS so much!!! :)

    Thanks for reporting this issue!

    We recently switched all of our emails over to HTML, which has caused some display problems with older email clients. Would you mind letting me know what Internet browser and webmail client you’re using so I can pass that information onto our team?

    Additionally, I’m very sorry for any delay in our response to your Support tickets. We’ve been experiencing a large influx of Support requests lately, which has caused an abnormal wait time for us. We appreciate your patience!

    Thank you so much! Some of my clients who have received the blank emails are using AOL and Internet Explorer. Any idea when this issue may be resolved? I am holding off posting blogs until I’m sure they can get the email subscription notices. Thanks, again!

    Thanks for letting us know! We are aware of the issues with AOL and IE and are working on trying to address the display issues in these clients now.

    We instituted a fix on Tuesday that resolved the issue for some of our other users. While I can’t quite give a timeline as to when we’ll be able to offer an alternate solution for AOL and IE users, it is definitely on our radar and there should be a fix soon. I’m sorry for any inconvenience!
