  Hi there,

  Upon buying my domain name from you and trying to create my website with you (which I am finding incredibly complex) I now can’t find the email address I set up with you: (email visible only to moderators and staff) How or where do I find this that I purchased along with the domain name ‘thedogpoofairy.com’ I really don’t understand your site at all. At this rate it will take me the remaining 10 months of my year subscription to publish my website!
  Your help would be most appreciated for the email. Please don’t say you don’t host it, I bought the email when I signed up with you.
