  This doesn’t work for me! The only option on the “contact” page listed above is to post in the public forum. Where is email support available?

  Upgrade your free plan to a Starter plan or higher for email support. Although it might be quicker if you just stated the problem you are facing here in the support forum.

  I have a starter plan — I still cannot find this option.
