Email support down … now what?

Looks like WP email support is unavailable until April 20. The support page says that live chat support is available via the pop-up window, but I’m not getting the pop-up window at all (don’t have any blockers installed and have seen it in the past, just not sure how to “prompt” it to appear now that I need it).
The reason I need support is because I’m hoping to migrate subscribers from one wordpress.com site to another, and it’s not something I can do on my end. Support received before support went down was clear that I’d have to request help from WP to make this happen. Just trying to figure out who/how to ask, without having to wait another week.
(Also grumpy because I do have the premium upgrade but no apparent way to access the email support service that was, honestly, the biggest reason for me buying into that upgrade.)
