Email support not back yet?
-
I have paid upgrades with WordPress and received this message when trying to contact support: “Private email and live chat support will be closed from Wednesday, September 14th, 2016 through Friday, September 23rd, 2016, included. We will reopen private email support on Thursday, September 22nd, and live chat support will be back as usual on Monday, September 26th.”
I appreciate all that, and wish the folks concerned a happy holiday, but it’s now Saturday 24 September and there’s no private email support two days after it was supposed to be there. When is it coming back? I have upgrades that I need to move from one blog to another and I can’t do that myself as far as I know.

To clarify what I am seeking to do, I am looking to move the two domains currently mapped to universitydegree.wordpress.com to allsaintsdublin.wordpress.com, and if it’s possible, to transfer my paid upgrades from the first to the second website as well. Both blogs are on my account.

Have you emailed and not gotten a reply? You should be able to contact us via email from here:

Just to clarify, you’d like to move the two mapped domains AND the WordPress.com Premium plan from allsaintsdublin.wordpress.com to universitydegree.wordpress.com, is this correct?
-
Hi Josh, that link is just giving me the autoresponse I quoted in my first message above saying everyone’s on holiday.

-
Oops, sorry, no, the opposite way around. FROM universitydegree.wordpress.com TO allsaintsdublin.wordpress.com
-
Ahh, my apologies. I misread. Good thing I clarified.
One more question, you already have WordPress.com Premium purchased for allsaintsdublin.wordpress.com. Do you want to:
A: Leave the WordPress.com Premium plan on universitydegree.wordpress.com
B: Refund the new Premium purchase on allsaintsdublin.wordpress.com and move the Premium plan from universitydegree.wordpress.com TO allsaintsdublin.wordpress.com
C: Move the move the Premium plan from universitydegree.wordpress.com TO allsaintsdublin.wordpress.com and add an extra year onto the expiration date (2018 vs 2017)

Okay. I should have this all sorted out now. Can you take a look and let me know if everything looks correct?
-
Thanks very much, Josh, it’s all looking good so far, I’ll come back if there are any problems.
