Email System Issue. Need help troubleshooting.

Hi there WordPress staff and contributors. I’m a designer/developer working on a live eCommerce website. that was built by a previous freelancer. Postman is not configured and is mimicking out-of-the-box WordPress email delivery. The problem is that the Postman plugin installed was not set up properly, and it’s been behaving like the default email delivery system in WordPress which is causing email delivery issues even though all the email templates go to the correct recipients. I’m trying to troubleshoot this but It’s asking me to setup an api, which their are so many. This eCommerce site is live and its essential to get this email system working properly. Orders are coming in… I can see in the postman log that the correct templates emails are going to the correct recipients on the back end, but when we do a test order, the recipients either don’t receive any emails or receive like a basic transaction receipt. I need to fix this..
