email-temporarily disable

    sometimes, I would like to add some posts to my blog that will not generate an automatic email to my followers. At other times, I would like to send an email so I dont want to delete my followers. Is there any way to temporarily prevent emails to follwers

    Hi there,
    Usually, the ones who control when to receive updates from a blog are the followers. As a WordPress.com user you can control when to receive emails from the blogs you’re following. Just because people are following you, it doesn’t mean they’re getting emails each time you publish. They may choose to disable these notifications and receive emails only once a week, etc.
