Email through other providers – MX problems?

    Hello,
    I have successfully mapped a Register.com hosted website to my WordPress site but fail to get the email (with a custom address (email visible only to moderators and staff)) to work, even though I did receive the required information from Register.com.
    This is what I get when I send an email to the custom email address.
    What do I do wrong?

    I have purchased domain from register.com and website was made in wordpress. When I was doing log in, site was opening on register.com without my site opening in wordpress. By the help of wordpress, I could solve the problem and site is running perfectly in wordpress.

    There are social link in site. I am trying to edit social link but not able to do. I would appreciate if some one can guide me.

    I hope you have had a lovely holiday season.
    As you can see I did not get any further with my problem (the comment by shashigala is unrelated) and the business email address is still not working. Not a great situation to be in, I really need to resolve this one quickly.
    Would you please advise?

    No help from WordPress staff.
    I re-read the support pages endlessly. No solution found there.
    I finally had the smart idea to search for ‘register.com’ in the forums and finally found a solution there. Provided by users.
    It would be helpful if you would update the section dealing with how to migrate a website and make the email work with a Register.com.
