Your site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform but is hosted by Bluehost, that’s why you can’t create an email address as given on our site. They offer free custom email addresses at your own domain with any hosting package. So you must take a look in their documentation or contact their support.

“their” support meaning Bluehost? anyway I can transfer my site to run on WordPress.com platform and not have it hosted by bluehost?

Hello there,
You can definitely move your site to WordPress.com. With our Business Plan, you can migrate a complete copy of the site to WordPress.com using the Move to WordPress.com plugin. If you’re familiar with or prefer All in One WP Migration, that’s another option to migrate the site here.
Once your site is migrated, you can finish connecting your domain:
https://wordpress.com/support/domains/connect-existing-domain/At that point, you can then add any Professional Email inboxes that you need:

Have a nice day!

what is the difference between: Move to WordPress.com plugin. If you’re familiar with or prefer All in One WP Migration, that’s another option to migrate the site here.

Hi there,
Both plugins will perform the same action more or less (migrating an exact copy of your site from one provider to another) but if you have a large site the free version of the All in One WP Migration may not work since it has some limitations around the size of transfer that is permitted without upgrade. The Move to WordPress.com plugin would not have this limitation.
As well the Move to WordPress.com plugin is designed to work with our managed hosting platform, which is custom server environment that is unique to our service, and not like what you find with most traditional web hosts. All in One WP Migration is usually a better choice if you are moving a site between standard hosts, but can sometimes have issues when migrating to very specific setups such as the one we use.
More info about our managed hosting here, but the short answer is we definitely recommend the plugin that is designed to work specifically with our service!

Hope that helps. Please let us know if you have any more questions.
