email to download is missing for me on wordpress.com, am I alone?

    Dear All,

    I am quite new at WordPress.com and org as well and am setting up diverse site with this cms.
    one of the second wave requirements from my client is that she want readers to register with email address before downloading stuff from her website.
    quite natural to get email addresses for further marketing purposes if you distribute stuff freely is it not?
    I am looking for the solution and found it here: https://hu.wordpress.org/plugins/email-to-download/

    this plugin can handle it with two others in cooperation but I miss them here.

    Any way to get them here as well?
