Email to followers

I would like to be able to send an email to all the people that are followers of my blog. ONE email going to to all of them at once.

The only solution of which I’m aware is to make a new post. On the plus side, if you specifically address it to your Followers, it may make casual readers jealous enough to subscribe.

Yeh, but I posted this in “Ideas”… that means that I have this idea, it´s a suggestion for improving wordpress.

I think it is a great “idea”. I would like to create relationships that are beneficial to myself and others. Therefore I have a “idea” that if someone leaves a well thought out comment on my blog, then I will respond to their post since I value their opinion/time and possible relationship and/or collaboration.

The problem is that people signed up for the Posts being emailed – to send an email is not legal in many countries and is also called spam and will cause some subscribers to unsubscribe – Make a Post with the message to your regulars

auxclass is right,
in many countries you can only receive emails that you opt in to, so unless there was a checkbox saying “also receive occasional messages from the blog administrator” it would be illegal. -
