I subscribed to the Explorer level about an hour ago. I checked my bank account and saw that I’ve been charged twice. (See https://gyazo.com/2d38cb685a1c5dad824010418facbdc2)
I followed directions and went to ‘Purchases’ and saw two different descriptions plus a charge for the domain which is supposed to be free, see https://gyazo.com/6c1cb2bad890b84c2d44e8f1cebb3b65For which of the two $96 charges do I request the refund? I think there’s not a ‘Refund’ choice. It’s ‘Cancel.’
I, of course, want a full refund of the duplicate $96 charge. The last time I canceled the Explorer subscription (it was within the 14 day time frame), the refund was $74, $22 being withheld for the domain charge. I don’t want that to happen again since the one I’ll cancel is a duplicate charge.

I checked your account and confirmed that you already canceled the plan for the second site and got a $84 refund. I issued the remaining $12 for you since the domain port-ven.com was already transferred to the first site and used the free domain credits for the first year.
Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, but some banks outside of the United States may require more time to process them. But to confirm, you’ll get the total amount of $96 back to your account.
