Email to Third Party

Not sure if in the right place but…
I am looking for a widget, plugin or something else that allows users to send an email to a third party from our site that attaches a pdf document to the email automatically.
Our users need to send our info to that party and if they can just enter in an email address and click send it would save on time and potential mistakes.
If not a PDF then is there something else that i can embed hidden tags into which then would carry the information needed.

Hi there,
If you create a contact form on your site you can specify where submissions of that form should be sent – you can have a form on your site send submissions to a different email address than the one for your account.
If you also want visitors to be able to upload attachments to the form, you’ll need to use JotForms:

thanks – I don’t need them to upload the document I can embed either a link to the document or the document itself from our end – just to send it to an email address that is not on our server – that email address needs to be a form field itself for the user to input – does that make sense?

Hi there,
What you describe cannot be done automatically on WordPress.com. It might be possible if you upgrade to the Business plan and install a plugin or connect an external service to make it work.

ah that is it though – I run an install on a separate domain not within the WP framework.
I am thinking about just designing a form in html and inserting it into the html widget – thoughts on that working? -
