Email to verify account

  I am trying to set up an account for a blog for one of my classes at SNHU. However, I am not getting the email to my SNHU email to verify the account. I have tried over the course of a couple days, I keep having it resent and it is not in my junk or spam folder.

  Correct account: Yes

  Howdy –

  This happens on occasion. It sounds like the school has a filter in place which is not allowing our email to come through. Your IT department will need to remove that, or you can ask them to white list WordPress.com in their filter settings. This isn’t something we can fix on our end. If the school is not able to accommodate your request I would use a different email address on your account.
